I chose this particular artifact to represent standard 2.2 because it demonstrates my ability to properly identify the required media to meet the needs of the client.
A crucial skill I acquired during this project was the ability to communicate ideas with all parties. As a collaborative team we were driven to create an excellent balance between functionality and good screen design. The purpose of this project was to use a storyboard as a tool to visualize placement for development of our training.

Proposal for distance education course

The purpose of the assignment was to analyze many of the primary issues concerning distance education courses in today's world. In the creative process my group came to a consensus on creating a professional design course proposal for the medical field. I chose this particular artifact to represent standard 2.4 because it demonstrates my ability to create a teaching strategy plan for an asynchronous/synchronous course. An important skill I gained from this assignment was the ability to develop a target audience profile.

Video Production
​
I chose this particular artifact to represent standard 2.5 because it demonstrates my ability to select media and technology that emphasize diversity in the target audience. The purpose of the assignment was to create a five minute long audio and video to be used for instruction. This required a production plan and voice over narration created in Audacity. In the construction of the video I learned to write a script, understand video production, and making my voice match the audience's comprehension level.
