Intervention Methods

The purpose of this assignment was to discuss and define a target behavior change. Then develop three intervention methods that coincide with the assessment. I chose this particular artifact to represent standard 3.3 because it demonstrates my ability to act in a professional manner by selecting appropriate resources to provide the most effective conditions for learning based on behavior theory. I acquired the skill of conducting a functional behavioral assessment during this lesson.

Emerging Technologies

The purpose of this assignment was to select and discuss one emerging technology that could be used to support my vision of the future classroom. I chose this particular artifact to represent standard 3.4 because it demonstrates my ability to improve learning and student performance with an established mechanism for maintaining technology. In the process of writing this paper I planned how I would discuss the potential benefits of having a touch screen for the top of a student's desk. I learned how to develop recommendations for future educators to prepare.

Diversity Program Proposal
​
The purpose of this assignment was to develop an adult learning program proposal using adult learning theories. I chose this particular artifact to represent standard 3.6 because it demonstrates my ability to incorporate the entire learning community's diverse backgrounds, characteristics, and abilities. A vital skill I learned during my research was how to design implementations for the assessment of the target audience.
